Crafty Cardmakers and More #142

Hi everyone! Jackie is hosting this fortnight and the challenge is to use a sentiment.  So with the sentiment as the main focus this is what I came up with.

I love this stamp which I bought in a box set from Typo.  I really just bought it because of the box lol but now the stamps have grown on me too.  I have used the Bo Bunny range Head Over Heels.  Also all those little bits of ribbon are from my endless stash.  I often asked myself why keep such little bits but then I started using them like this and answered my own question!

Here is what I have used:

Stamps: Typo Box Set. All You Need Is Love
Paper and Cardstock: Bo Bunny Head Over Heels, Stampin' Up! Whisper White
Ink: Stampin' Up! Regal Rose and Blushing Bride
Embellishments: Kaisercraft Rhinestones, Ribbon scraps

With the inking of the stamp I first covered it in Blushing Bride and then rolled the edges with Regal Rose.  Love this "Rock n Roll" effect.

So hope you have time to join us and don't forget to check out all the other great DT creations here!

I'm back to singing All you need is Love by the Beatles around the house.

Crafty Cardmakers and More #141

Sorry I have been missing in action.  With moving house, tonsillitis, the flu and tearing the ligaments in the my ankle falling down the stairs things have been crazy!!  Glad to be back to creating this week in time for the challenge which has been set by Vania this fortnight and that is a card for a boy or man.  Here is my card.

Here is what I have used:

Stamps: The Greeting Farm - I Heart Sweaters, Stampin' Up! - Short and Sweet
Ink:  Memento Black
Cardstock/Paper: Stampin' Up! Basic Black, Stampin' Up! Whisper White, Teresa Collins On The Edge
Embellishments:  The Flair Studio, Stampin' Up! Linen Thread
Copics: Skin - E50, E51, E21, E11, E04, R20
Hair - Y21, YR23, E15, E18
Clothes - W1, W3, W5, W7
BG11, BG13, BG49
Boots - N4, N7, N9

I have used papers all from the same range which were left over from another project from eons ago.  I cut out the image once coloured and popped him up on some dimensionals to make him pop.  Love my flairs from The Flair Studio for an extra touch of special (you can check out the facebook group here).

Thanks for popping by and joining us this fortnight and hope you can join in the fun.
