It's Raining!

Shows how often this happens in these parts when my two year old has sat by the window all morning wondering what is coming out of the sky!

For this one I cased a card over on splitcoaststampers that I liked. See my post here. This is using the A Happy Heart set which I was pleased to see went into the new catalogue.
