Inkspiration Challenge

Hi there! Hope you have had a lovely day. It was a long weekend here in SA and just perfect weather so it was a great day. Here is a card for a beautiful friend who lives in QLD and I miss her lots. I used Inkspiration sketch challenge #61 and it is also a sneek peak of some more new rubber!

Here is what I used:
Stamps: Eat Chocolate
Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Sage Shadow, The Linen Closet Stack DCWV DP
Ink: Sage Shadow
Accessories: Decorative Label Punch, Big Shot, Button #5 Sizzlit, Circles #2 Die, Perfect Polka Dots EF, Twill Tape, Crochet Thread, Dimensionals
Really makes me want a chocolate right now but no must be good have finally started to do something about the waistline 6.1kg and counting!
Happy stamping,

Paper Scraps

So like any good crafter I have buckets of scraps lying around begging to be used. I came across this idea in Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft Magazine Vole 16 No 12. I made two different versions and even pulled out the old sewing maching for a bit of interest on the butterfly.
Here is what I used:
Stamps: So Happy For You (Sale-A-Bration set)
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Greenhouse Gala DSP, Subtles DSP
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Rhinestones, Big Shot & Bigz Beautiful Butterflies Die, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, Large Oval Punch, Scallop Border Punch, Daffodil Delight Ribbon
These were super easy to do just get a scrap of cardstock and strips of leftover DSP to make your desired pattern. Add some interest with punched edges and sewing then run the cardstock through your Big Shot with the butterfly die and voila instant jazzy butterflies! This is great for using up all those bits lying around and is a new look too.
Hope you are having a creative day,
Bec

New Rubber!

I got my pre-order for the Autumn/Winter mini starting next month so wanted to ink some up straight away. This is a new a la carte stamp called Sail Away. I really lack masculine stamps so decided this was a must for my addiction ahem collection. This was using the sketch SC323 over on Splitcoasters as well.

Here is what I used:
Stamps: Sail Away, Vintage Labels (retired)
Paper: Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Elegant Soiree DSP
Ink: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede
Accessories: Jumbo Eyelets, Small Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Dimensionals

Happy stamping
